Proposal for Block A ( Double Story ) & Canteen

The rebuilding of the Sk St Mark Perai in SPT, Penang is still under progress. We have only renovated 2 blocks ( Block B & Block C ). The Board of Governors ( Mr Praba, Mr Vela, Mr Morali ) went down to PUTRAJAYA and handed over the application for Block A & canteen to the officers in charge. We are proposing to the government for a double story building for block A :

- Puan Habibah ( PA / Puan Norhayati )
- Dato Abdul Halim Ain ( Ketua Pengarah PTG )

Construction of Block C & Opening

The construction of Block c and the very 1st step into the rebuilding project started in May 2008. The opening of the building was done in November 2008 by the officer from MSM. The Kuok Foundation and MSM had help with RM 100,000.00 each. Thanks to a teacher from the school who had taken the initiative to approach and submit the proposal. We are sure the teacher would not want her name to be mention here who is also the most supportive person towards this effort. Thank you to MSM & Kuok Foundation on behalf of all of us.

The Board presenting certificates to the 2008 UPSR Best Achievers. 

Deputy Minister Visits School

Few days back, the board committee members invited the Deputy Minister in Prime Minister's Department, YB Senator T. Murugiah to the school. We had requested his help to support for speedy approval by the departments involve. We will be visiting Putrajaya soon to write in again.

Curtains for Classroom

Thank you to the member of the board for their contribution. Curtains were sewed and placed in all classes & office. 

2nd Trip to Putrajaya - 29th August 2007

This was the second trip by The Board of Governers represented by  ( Mr Praba, Mr Vela, Mr Morali & Mr Ulaganathan ) who again travelled to Putrajaya to meet up officers from various Department to inform that the board's intention.

Rebuilding of Block C & D

The first phase of the rebuilding of Block C and D will start on the May 2008. We would like to thank MSM Perai and Robert Kuok Foundation for funding this 2 blocks. We have been waiting for the last 16 years and we thank those who have helped and we praise the Lord for the success. Thank You.
